Thanks be to God for all of St. John’s youth and adults who were on a Mission Trip to The Dwelling. They had a wonderful time of serving others.

Thanks be to God for the Lutheran men in Mission who worked to raise funds for scholarships and for all at St. John’s who have contributed. Please keep all campers in your prayers for a wonderful week and for safe travels.

Quilters The LWR quilters will NOT meet Monday, June 24, due to the education classes taking place in the Mission Building. The next time to meet will be July 22.

To place a lily in the sanctuary for Easter in memory or honor of a loved one, fill out a special envelope found in the fellowship pad, contact the church office, or use the online giving link at www.stjohnsbeaufort.org. Cost is $15. Lily dedications will be listed in the Easter Sunday bulletin.

For the breakfast between services on Easter Sunday, March 31, we want to serve breakfast casseroles. If you are willing to make one, please take a pan from the narthex and put your name on the list next to the pans. You can make any breakfast casserole recipe.

We meet in the Mission Building to make quilts for Lutheran World Relief (LWR). All are welcome. No sewing experience needed. Bring a bag lunch.

HOLY WEEK/Easter Schedule

Prayer Labyrinth
Monday-Wednesday, March 25-27
9 am-6 pm

All are invited to observe Holy Week by walking the labyrinth. The labyrinth covers the floor of the sanctuary. Quiet music will accompany your journey of prayer as you walk to and from the heart of the labyrinth.

The Three Days

The Easter Vigil, Saturday, March 30, 8 pm

The three days of worship (Thursday-Saturday) which lead to Easter are a deep and meaningful journey of reflection through the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. These three services form one great time of worship. We invite you to consider experiencing all three – or as many as you are able.
